Some of Franklin and Amy's Greatest Hits

Franklin and I are celebrating our anniversary this week.

It feels like just yesterday. Well, maybe not yesterday but quite a short time.

I usually try to share places and things of general interest on this blog. But I thought for this big anniversary I would post a few of our travel pictures.

Although I take a lot of photos, I am usually the photographer, so we don't actually have very many photos of the two of us together. Probably not as many as a hundred. That's two a year. Here are a few of our photos, in no particular order.

A poster of us at sunset in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico.

You may- or may not- know that our hobby is finding spots of quiet and beauty, then we turn on some music on our iPhone and dance. This past year that included quite a few palaces and museums in Europe. The next photo is a gorgeous building in Messina, Italy that was practically deserted. Maybe a former palace?

This hotel is a former palace in Florence Italy. We had the palace more or less to ourselves so we took over the music room as a dance studio.
Dancing on the beach at sunset, Tofino, Vancouver Island.
Yes, there was life before tango. Our passion was trail riding our horses throughout Arizona and elsewhere in the Southwest.

Tulip season in Holland last spring

Generally speaking, we try to avoid winter but here we are in winter fog in Germany

Dinner al fresco in Rome, Italy
One of my hobbies is making watercolors of some out of photos.  Here we are on an island offshore Thailand.
Kayaking in the Andaman Sea, off the coast of Thailand

Our official family portrait with our horses, Romeo and Chico. Around 2000. Missing from photo- Pumpkin, our cat.
